User Reviews

User reviews show ClassFit for Business as useful for scheduling and payments, with easy-to-use interface and helpful support. However, widespread stability and reliability issues are common: frequent crashes, slow performance, and prompts for birth dates that can crash the app. Search functionality is repeatedly problematic, with clubs failing to appear, searches not functioning, and saved searches not persisting. Navigation can be tedious, often returning to a general page instead of the current gym, and setup for online payments (Stripe) is difficult. Improvements in reliability, search, and UX would be beneficial.

Pros

Strong scheduling management with payments
Easy-to-use interface with a clean design and regular updates
Helpful customer service
Good for discovering new classes and keeping schedules organized
Useful during lockdown with a straightforward interface

Cons

Frequent crashes and stability issues on Android
Unreliable search functionality (clubs not appearing, searches not working, saved searches not persisting)
Cumbersome navigation and UX (returning to broad pages, extra steps to reach timetable)
Problems setting up online payments (Stripe) / payments issues
Birth date prompts causing errors/crashes and blocking bookings

Recent reviews

Serves it purpose but could be better. After viewing a class, it takes you back to the every gym in the country page, not the page you were just on, so you then have to start from scratch to search your club again. No way to search club from favourites? Would be great if it was more user friendly
