I've been a regular customer of West Zone Hamdan, but there are areas that need improvement. The app should update item availability in real time so customers don't add out-of-stock products to their cart. Order tracking is also inaccurate, often showing "Order Prepared" even after delivery, with the status updating much later. Delivery estimates are rarely met, causing unnecessary waiting. I appreciate the staff's hard work, but more accurate stock, tracking, and delivery updates would greatly
