It's so disappointing how they will put scheduled delivery time preference but it will be very much later! Then the staff Ram and the Manager of the Lamar Branch are very rude in responding! The way they spoke with me was like it was my fault why the delivery is late. And they canceled half of my order! Once is acceptable and understandable but twice and more is really a problem. Please I hope you fix this problem!

The customer service is verrrryyyy bad, she is a filipina and had a very bad customer service hanging up the call without saying anything. Im soo frustrated coz most of my order is not available,and I know she sense my frustration,but hang up the call without saying anything is wayyyyy tooooo rude... My dear westzone app,look for someone who can do dear job properly. Jeezzz I dont even want to give a star. Very bad experience.
