Useless keeps dropping out

So so frustrating and so so disappointing!! We have spent so much money on the Aga fire and nothing works properly. The app is useless and so is the fire. It is so hard to connect, I have just tried and failed hence this long overdue review. We have had the fire for at least a year now. We have persisted but it is beyond a joke now. When we do get it to work it loses connection after a while and you can not reconnect. The fire will not do anything for half an hour or so. Avoid avoid avoid.
