You need to include at least a WebDAV sync option, not just Google and Microsoft ones, for a cloud solution like this to be practical for a large number of users.

This was a good app until I couldn't recover my data last April. I was able to do it before in years past. But just doesn't work anymore. Your support email can not be delivered. Cancelled my subscription as well. Good luck.
