Empowering development through collaboration, analysis, and effective communication for impactful interventions and inclusive development, FarreachOne is a web-based application with an excellent user-friendly interface that brings development intervention initiators, beneficiaries, donors, researchers, consultants, and development enthusiasts together to achieve better, effective, efficient, productive, and far-reaching impacts of development interventions, especially in participatory or inclusive development.

FarreachOne is the implementation platform for the Farreach Framework. It enables the user to implement an in-depth analysis of role-players’ or stakeholders’ engagement; effective implementation of the intersection of role-players’ engagement, participatory communication, and project proposal; and effective monitoring, evaluating, learning, and reporting of a development intervention, especially in participatory or inclusive development.

Considering the age-long debate among some scholars and development professionals who have argued that every year, huge amounts of financial and human resources are being deployed by international development agencies, and NGOs to improve the living conditions of millions of poor people living in most African countries, yet most of these interventions are not achieving the objectives expected, Dikeocha (2024) investigated to know the validity of this postulation by exploring the intersection of participatory communication, role-players engagement, and project proposal in achieving far-reaching impact and success of development interventions in Africa. The findings showed that 25% of the 48 development interventions evaluated were failed projects, 64.58% of projects came midway, and 10.42% of projects were successful. The study postulated a conceptual framework called the Farreach framework, which can facilitate the achievement of far-reaching impact and success of development interventions in Africa. Adopting the Farreach framework inspired the development of the FarreachOne. It is the implementation platform for the Farreach Framework.

FarreachOne enables the user to better understand and implement effective role-players’ engagement or stakeholders’ engagement; implement effective intersection of role-players’ engagement, participatory communication, and project proposal; and implement effective monitoring, evaluating, learning, and reporting of a development intervention, especially in participatory or inclusive development.
