RoadRamble offers road travel itineraries including information on sights, attractions, stays and experiences. Currently focused on trips in New South Wales, there are plans to expand Australia-wide very soon.

You choose the trip length, trip type and accommodation type or simply search by point of interest. For the simplest search, you can also choose a surprise trip, just tell us how many days you have and town you’re leaving from. Itineraries include points of interest and options for food and local businesses to support.

Trips are all about local experiences and know-how; supporting local businesses and regional areas; promoting travel to places in need; featuring unique and hidden gems; matching your recreational and personal preferences; and being both practical and inspiring

Features include:
• Easy Trip Planning: Road Ramble offers a user-friendly interface to create and organise itineraries with ease. Input destinations, time available, trip type and accommodation preferences, and let the app handle the logistics.
• Personalised Recommendations: Tailored to your preferences, RoadRamble curates travel recommendations allow you to uncover hidden gems, iconic landmarks and local hotspots.
• Travel Tips and Insights: Benefit from valuable insights and real experiences to make the most of your RoadRambles, including hazards and things to watch out for enroute.

Rather than being a list of reviews, providing only directions/navigation or catering only to commercial interests, the focus is on supporting small operators, local businesses and accompanied by information on unique or less commercial sightseeing and points of interest.

The design of trip types enables flexibility to include current or regional priorities and areas of interest alongside those trip types that would usually be included, for example supporting drought affected, fire affected, country shows etc. alongside food and wine, natural history, history etc. The inclusion of recommended playlists creates even more fun!
