every few weeks the app randomly deletes all of my pictures on the wallpaper

Why is the App being detected as a risk on my phone. Have been using it for a long time but today got a high risk for the app and had to uninstall. I emailed the support email as well. But apparently the Email id does not exist. I got a bounce back.
