DMS-WMS T&H 79

The DMS + WMS application is an internal management tool specifically designed for the sales, field staff, and warehouse staff of T&H 79. The application helps standardize operational processes from warehouse management to mobile sales in the field.

📌 TARGET USERS & ACCESS:

- The application is exclusively for employees of the company.

- Users log in using internal accounts directly provided by the administrator (Admin).

📱 MAIN FEATURES OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION:

1. GPS TIME ATTENDANCE & MOBILE LOCATION TRACKING (DMS):

• Time attendance tracking based on accurate GPS location within a defined radius at the company or sales point.

• Record visit logs and take photos of actual check-ins at dealerships.

• Send Mid-Day and End-of-Day (EOD) reports directly from your phone.

2. ORDER CREATION & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:

• Field staff create new orders for customers/dealers directly at the visit location.

• Look up product lists, selling prices (Retail/Dealer), and check available inventory in real time.

• Look up customer information, current accounts receivable, and credit limits.

3. SMART WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (WMS):

• Scan barcodes/QR codes using your phone camera to check item information.

• Assist warehouse managers in checking warehouse receipt, delivery, and transfer information between branches.

• Manage batch information (Batch Code), production date, and expiry date (EXP/FEFO).

4. SALES REPORT & KPI PROGRESS:

• Track total sales achieved daily and monthly and compare them with assigned targets.

• View details of actual revenue, customer accounts receivable, and commission earned.

• Visual weekly sales charts help employees proactively monitor their performance.

🔒 SECURITY AND ACCESS:

• The application requires Location (GPS) permission to support timekeeping and record location visits to sales points.

• Camera permission is required to scan product barcodes and take photos for work reports.
