Users can report lost items, upload found items, and instantly match them using intelligent algorithms that analyze images, descriptions, location, and time. Lostify reduces confusion and eliminates the need for manual searching across campus.

The app includes a real-time chat system that allows direct communication between the person who lost an item and the person who found it. Built-in navigation using Google Maps helps users reach the exact location where the item was found.

Lostify also features an automatic 30-day expiry system to keep listings updated and relevant. Unclaimed items are moved to an auction system where users can place bids in a transparent and time-bound process.
