Faxo: Send and Receive Fax

Send a fax from your phone with Faxo. Scan paper documents, attach a PDF or choose photos, then review and send in a few clear steps. No fax machine needed.

Whether you are sending a signed form, insurance paperwork or business documents, Faxo helps you get it done from your Android phone.

SEND DOCUMENTS YOUR WAY

- Scan paper with your phone’s camera.
- Attach PDFs, photos and supported document files.
- Add a cover page with your message.
- Check the recipient’s fax number, documents and cost before sending.

FOLLOW YOUR FAX

See when your fax is queued, sending or delivered. Get notifications about delivery or problems, and check the status in your fax history. Once delivered, save a PDF proof of delivery for your records.

KEEP YOUR FAX HISTORY TOGETHER

Find recent faxes in one place. Search by name or number, view available documents and return to unfinished drafts when you are ready.

CHOOSE HOW YOU PAY

Send without a subscription using purchased fax credits or a one-time purchase when offered. Choose a monthly plan if you fax regularly. Review the price and what is included before confirming a purchase through Google Play.

RECEIVE FAXES TOO

Need an incoming fax number? Choose an available number with a qualifying subscription and receive faxes in the app. Number availability and plan terms apply.

CLEAR STEPS, READABLE SCREENS

Faxo uses straightforward instructions, readable text and a guided sending process, so you can focus on your paperwork.

An internet connection is required. Sending faxes requires paid credits, a purchase or an eligible plan. Receiving faxes requires a subscription and an available fax number.
