1FIT is a client-first online fitness coaching platform that lets you interact seamlessly with your coach and make fitness work for you. Track workouts, nutrition, activity, and daily metrics in one place, visualize progress, and stay accountable toward your goals from your smartphone anywhere.

The app supports coach messaging, progress photos, and access to your coach's plans and resources. Optional Google Health Connect integration lets you sync activity, sleep, heart rate, and other data to surface insights for training. Onboarding is coach-controlled and limited to clients who are onboarded by their coach; data sharing is optional and not used for advertising. This companion app focuses on helping clients of online fitness coaches stay motivated and consistent.
