ZappCat: categorize, control

Just download the ZappCat app and enable usage statistics. Log-in for more features. And you are done.

Put the app on the Favorites Tray for easy access. Touch the app icon and you have all your apps visible and categorized. Add custom categories and shift apps to those custom categories. Sort apps within each category by alphabetical order, by your usage, or by date installed.

Long press the app and access the app-specific menu. Hide the app, change the name or icon, and most importantly put a daily usage limit. As soon as you cross the daily usage limit, you will get an alert. This way you can avoid spending too much time on any app and be able to exercise self-control.
