Worse payment screen. I have been trying to pay in app using every paymeny option from almost 3months but it never succeeded. Always error of nit gking forward in app. In ios and web its ok but android app sucks

Is there any way to login with my mobile number instead of User name and password because I forgot the user name and there is no way in the app to check my user.

No proper customer service. My payment was not processed sucessfully and was told to wait 3 to 4 business days to refund. Again I need to book manually from busstand and pay amount.

Multiple times, I have tried to book a ticket. After selecting the seats and payment methods, it requests us to open an UPI app for payment. When I pay from the UPI and get back to TGSRTC app, it says "Your ticket could not be booked" and doesnt show any other option except "Go back to booking". Please fix this API.

At the time of payment, if we minimize TGSRTC app and open any other app / file / folder and come back to TGSRTC app then the screen is becoming blank. Need to process ticket booking from starting onwards.

Bus exactly departure point must be disclosed in the app, with Google map links or coordinates, it helps people especially in other states where not able to read that state language. The text message is came to me after I reached the bus and the bus reached to the major stop of the district why? In this case I found a nearby pickup location so start the same reflecting in the app. As a new resident in Pune am not know that Pimpiri location means I have to reach to Vallabhnagar bus-stand right?

I tried booking my tickets yesterday night for early morning journey, my money was deducted but there is no confirmation on tickets or service number. I went to TSRTC office showed my transaction I'd they say tickets weren't booked possibly because of technical reasons and when asked for refund she says we don't have proof when transaction OB reference number itself is proof that my money is deducted. No response on email and phone number doesn't work.
