Welcome to The Bridge Diabetes Academy
The Bridge is an organization working to promote diabetes care, control, awareness, education, and scientific research through creating a multidisciplinary team of HCPs, Nurses, Diabetic Coaches, Patients and Caregivers. We have three main programs: GUIDE, MENTOR and PEARL.

Our mission is to elevate and develop the standard of care among patients with diabetes through two fundamental arms: one for training of HCPs, patients and caregivers and another for research & studies.
