Swimwell Partners

Swimwell Partner is a workforce management application designed for authorized engineers and service professionals associated with Swimwell. The app helps manage swimming pool construction, maintenance, and AMC service workflows efficiently.
When a customer raises a request through the Swimwell app, the Swimwell admin assigns the job to an engineer. The assigned engineer receives the booking in the Swimwell Partner app with complete details such as client name, contact number, pool dimensions, and service type.
Engineers can start work using the “Start Work” option, upload before and after work completion photos, add notes, and submit the job digitally. The same process applies to AMC bookings, allowing engineers to manage scheduled maintenance tasks in one place.
All submitted work details are shared with the Swimwell admin team for tracking and verification. The app is intended only for authorized Swimwell partners and is not available for public use.
