I have adhd and I'm currently looking for a new to - do app that will help me with college. Ever since high school I try to search for the perfect to - do list/organizer/planner and I have likely tried every app on the app store, this is the only one that worked for me. College is more complicated and I'm trying to find a new to-do list yet this one still tops them all I'm not sure why

Suggestions: instead of just boring list of quest, there should be a section of "main quest", "side quest" and "create you own quest section". I also recommend putting "quest tree" it's like family tree but with quest. where you will need to do A quest first before B quest just like you need mom and dad first before before child. Also put a note selection where we can write notes. We should able edit quests placements.
