Customers can submit gold-related requests, view approved details, track records, and download documents after offline processing at authorized Smartoro branches.

Agents and jewellers can add customer leads, track their status, and view completed records linked to their submissions.

All requests are handled offline through authorized branches. The app does not provide direct services or in-app transactions. Users must be 18 years or older. User data is shared only with authorized partners as per the Privacy Policy.
