Now I faced an issue with them where they told me it will take them an extra hour to arrive and when I asked the driver after an hour he said he arrived. Little to know he was still not there. Next thing they do is they stop answering their phones or hang up on you. And of course no method of contact with anyone. Edit: the driver came after 3hrs delay, but one issue resolved.
