Shri Gaud Family — Save your lineage in one place

Our elders used to remember their five to seven generations by heart. Today, that memory is slowly fading. This app is designed to preserve that very thing.

Add your father, grandfather, and the generations above them. Add your children, siblings, and spouse. As more members of the community join, your lineage will automatically be linked to theirs—and gradually, a single tree for the entire community will form.

What's in it?

- Lineage — Add ancestors, children, siblings, and spouse. Click on any name to reveal their full details.
- "How are they related to me?" — See your relationship to any member. The app displays the entire link.
- Gotra and Kuldevi — When entered by one member of the family, they are automatically added to the entire lineage. No need to enter them separately.
- Duplication Prevention — Before adding someone, the app checks to see if they're already registered. The same person can't be added twice.
- Phone Directory — All community members' numbers are in one place. You decide who can see your number—no one, only relatives, or the entire community.
- Coordinator System — New villages, clans, and clan deities are added only after verification by the coordinator, ensuring a clean list.

Designed with the elderly in mind

The entire app is in Hindi. The fonts are large, and the buttons are large. There's no OTP—just your mobile number and a four-digit PIN. If you forget your PIN, contact your coordinator; they will identify it over the phone and provide you with a new PIN.

Your Information

This app is for members of the Shri Gaud Brahmin Samaj. The information you enter is visible to community members. You have complete control over your phone number—you can change it at any time.
