2024-05-30	Ca*****	The new layout is nice, but it's no longer adding appointments to my phone calendar like it used to before the update. I have that permission enabled, and when I choose "add to calendar" it says it added it but it's not there. Please fix this! I get the texts, but the calendar reminder is helpful, too!

2023-09-16	Yu*****	It gets the job done but have some unbearable bugs. I've enabled location permission and it always locates me at San Francisco while I'm in Canada. It fails to load data sometimes and nothing shows up in the favorites or my appointments page, not even an error message. This is simply not acceptable.

2023-03-29	Le*****	This app is terrible. Screen auto populates to San Francisco and unable to change city to where I live to request service. Therefore, unable to schedule an appt. I showed my stylist today and she had no idea why, or how to correct. It needs fixed since the business requires that I schedule only thru this app. Or, I have to find a hairstylist and business who does not use this app.

2023-02-15	DA*****	I wish i could give a zero rating. I deleted app. I text my hsir cutter for appointment. Skipping the p she works at. I have expetienced the password issue snd unable to find shop to set up appt. I thought i was stupid. Then i read about the others trying to use this ignorant, ad oriented app.

2022-08-25	k *****	omgee this app is a nightmare on android. does not accept my password. when i click to reset or firgot pw, i cannot even hit the submit button bc so many other characters about explore or learn more are completely written over the button. there is no customer service contact # or email in the help section to get this issue resolved.

2022-03-31	El*****	Over last month I was getting a token expired message and the app was unresponsive. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and was able to log in again. Working fine again now!

2021-11-05	Al*****	This is an app my Hair stylist @ Hair Elite uses to manage her appointments. So, I can go online and see when she is available to make my next appointment and make it right there online without direct contact to her and I get a confirmation. Very convenient!

2021-08-17	R *****	Sucks. Useless basically. This should show me businesses like the fitness studios I book at instead of hair salons and food. Think like a user and make this friendly. Useless as it is now. December 2020 update no better search function. ONLY GIVES ME OPTION TO BOOK ONLY PREVIOUSLY TAKEN CLASSES. WHY NOT THE FULL SCHEDULE? ONLY REBOOK WORKING, NOT FULL SCEDULE. START OVER. TRY AGAIN TO BUILD A USEFULL APP. THIS AINT IT. New update makes me sign in everytime

2021-04-13	An*****	For Android this app sucks. Have an iPhone and can see my calendar and schedule on the app. Not on Android. Something for you to fix. What's the point in using the app on Android if the purpose of the app is for scheduling services and we can't see our schedules or the calendar in the app!? It's useless on Android!!!

2021-02-02	Ma*****	I do love this app bc I am able to search for services and discover awesome small buisnesses that use this app that might've been hard to find using a search engine or social media. However, for the past month I have not been able to look at schedules at all. I tap the business I want to schedule from and it is just blank. I can rebook but they change the classes often so a lot of them aren't available. I can't even look at the schedule. Ive restarted phone & uninstalled>reinstalled app twice.
