No account needed. No internet needed. Scaffold Book works fully offline and
keeps every tool and rental on your own device.

Scaffold Book is a hire register for a tool and scaffolding yard. List the
equipment you own once — scaffold frames, mixers, props, drills — with its daily
rate, deposit and how many units you have. From then on, hiring it out is a few
taps, and the app keeps your availability straight so you never book out more
than you own.

TOOLS
Every tool shows its daily rate, deposit and a live out-of-total availability
bar, so you can see at a glance what is on the shelf and what is on site.

HIRE OUT IN SECONDS
Start a rental with the customer and a date range, then add tool line items. Each
quantity is capped at what is actually available, the days are worked out from
your dates, and the rental charge totals live as you build it.

ON HIRE
Active rentals are ordered by due date with the soonest first, and anything past
its due date is flagged overdue in red — so nothing quietly slips.

RETURNS
When equipment comes back, mark the rental returned and its units drop straight
back into availability. Returned rentals are logged day by day with the charges
collected.

REPORTS
A six-month rentals chart, the revenue you have collected, the value currently
out on hire, the deposit you are holding, and your busiest tools by times hired.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no sign-up, no cloud, no tracking and no ads. Nothing leaves the phone.
Everything you enter is stored locally and you can delete all of it at any time
from Settings.
