Day 1
On an emblematic afternoon in Alto de Pinheiros, the seed of Resid Club & Hotels was born. It was no ordinary encounter, but the beginning of a true singularity. Paulo Henrique Barbosa, PH, a restless young entrepreneur, crossed paths with Francisco Costa Neto, a tourism legend, whose legacy at AVIVA is unquestionable. The meeting, which began with a simple coffee, developed into an intense and productive four-hour discussion. They realized that there was a giant gap in the Brazilian market: a lack of truly luxury hospitality services and extraordinary experiences, usually only found outside the country. They ended the meeting with a toast at sunset, enjoying a wonderful white wine from Vale dos Vinhedos. The essence of Brazilianness was already present there. It was the ideal setting to innovate and establish new standards of excellence. A new universe was born in hospitality, experiences, and private and personalized service clubs. Resid Club & Hotels was born there.

Multiplying skills and plurality
The project was joined by Rafael Caiado, an outstanding entrepreneur, whose boldness and influence are widely recognized. With a history of success that includes leading projects in the real estate and technology sectors, Rafael brings a wealth of achievements and practical experience. PH's long-time partner and partner in large-scale projects was the prelude to his ability to achieve and transform. However, it was the arrival of Claudia Ribeiro, known as Clau, that Resid Club began to gain the positioning and language that makes sense for the community that is being built. Founder of Lifestyle Magazine, Clau has established an unquestionable international reputation in the world of luxury communications, working closely with some of the most prestigious and influential brands globally. She brings her ability to generate impact and create world-renowned partnerships. By joining the Resid Club, she adds a vision that goes beyond conventional boundaries. She is the voice of Resid Club, elevating the brand to another level of recognition and prestige.
