Refill Track

Refill Track is a simple, offline log for small LPG and gas-cylinder distributors. No account, no sign-up, and no internet connection are required — open the app and start managing your round right away.

Keep a tidy list of your customers, record each delivery (full cylinders dropped off and empty cylinders collected back), and always know how many empties each customer still has and how much they owe. Record payments as customers settle up, and review your delivery volume and billing at a glance.

What you can do:
- Keep a customer list with phone, area, current balance, and empties owed.
- Log deliveries: cylinders delivered, empties collected, rate, amount, and payment taken.
- Track outstanding empty cylinders per customer on a dedicated board.
- Manage billing — see who owes what and record payments to settle balances.
- Review reports — cylinders delivered and amount billed over the last 7 days.

Everything stays on your device. The app collects no personal data, shows no ads, and works fully offline. Amounts you enter are simple typed records — there are no in-app payments.
