2024-01-21	La*****	I tried to pick up shifts with them and every single shift has been rejected and then they sent out an emergency text for somebody to work so I went on the app and filled in the request to work I got a text message saying I was approved when I got there they said I was not approved and sent me home with no reimbursement for my troubles for driving all the way out there no communication between the recruiters and the facility I don't know what was going on but it was a waste of my time.

2023-06-28	Je*****	I am very disappointed with Quinable App and its design. It is extremely slow, poorly designed, and ineffective in showcasing potential candidate's experiences. I have a B.Sc. in Psychology & and an MSW; so, I was hopeful. The app is incapable of capturing previous experience and / or role appropriately due to limited and pre-determined role options that are unrelated, among other factors. 2023-04-17	Ti*****	There isn't a customer service number so app issues can be difficult to resolve. I'm a certified nursing assistant in the state with a reciprocal. The app will not allow me to add my valid license. I am in touch with a facility that is willing to let me schedule shifts and will pay 30 an hr. I've been trying for two weeks to pick up hrs there where other CNA's I know pick up and can view hrs. All I can view is unlicensed positions for 15 dollars less. I'm loosing money, and patients care needed
