2025-01-17	AK*****	Worst, this would not even deserve 1 star. I had booked the cab at 3pm. The driver said he's coming and didn't turn up even till 4:15pm. Had to book another cab immediately. Highly risky factor. He had another pickup from Electronic city whereas mine was in Basavangudi. No proper trip plan at all. I highly recommend to not use this platform.

One of my experience was like I missed a call from driver due to network issue and he came back from half a way to pick me again when I called again 👏

2024-11-21	PR*****	The app is in its initial phase. Number of points to be improved. a) Real-time location needs to be done b) More professional drivers need to be hired. A few things are good. a) Cost-effective for passengers b) Good for environment c) Gives more money to drivers in comparison to ola/ uber. Meanwhile I will continue using this app but won't suggest to my family for now. I want to see the improvement as this is a promising app. Good luck

2024-11-17	Bh*****	I found Quickreach to be an extremely cost-effective mode of transport especially in a city like Bangalore. I found the app through a YouTube ad. The cab booking process was very easy and I got a cab assigned within 1 hr of my start time. Took away the usual anxiety of getting a budget cab to the airport. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
