PSSC Intranet

The intranet application is a specially designed tool for PSS Construction's internal team that allows employees to easily manage their daily attendance and task management. Key features include:

Attendance management: Employees can check in when they arrive at work and check out when they leave. The option of a lunch break before payment is also available.

Attendance Log: Employees can view their attendance log along with shift timings for transparency.

Task Management: Employees can create, view, update and delete tasks. Each task allows comments to be added, making it easier to collaborate with other participants.

Chat functionality: Employees can chat with colleagues, create groups and add team members for seamless communication within groups.

NFC Scanning: The app supports NFC scanning, which allows employees to scan NFC tags and view related information such as names, serial numbers, and comments.

Leave Management: Employees can apply for different types of leave, including short-term, long-term, emergency, adjusted lunch break, home office and sick leave. Checkout history is also available.

Manager Functions: Managers can review and approve leave requests from their team members.

Events Calendar: The app includes an events calendar showing upcoming events along with their details. Employees can also add comments to events.
