2024-02-15	Al*****	This app is not mobile friendly unless you enable auto-rotate. The store location information takes up half the screen with no way to minimize or close it. I think you should be able to stay logged in and save your default/favorite location to streaming the process. There could also be an option for recurring weekly appointments for members. The app has very basic design and bland colors and buttons.

2024-01-15	Ly*****	Doesn't remember my Keep It Cut location in my profile. It's probably me, but I get lost in the app when trying to schedule an appointment. The calendar interface is not clear. The green dot verses the red dot and the seemingly implied "can't schedule more than 2 weeks in advance.

2023-03-03	Ur*****	It is now February 2023 and this app is the most complicated app till this day to book appointments, this needs a serious update and once again we are all wishing it was like the old app. Too many steps still, hassle to add or subtract add ons, I literally exit the entire app to even do that
