The order status does not get updated. There's no response when emailing them. And the messenger chat bot, as always, is useless. Placed order om 1st April, received 4th April, and the order itself online still is in packing status. And packaging isnt even on a box, its lile buying from their store, just in a paperbag. Poor service and experience for first time buyers
