Lawsyst is a legal case and practice management system. You can now do most of your desk-based work using this app. If you are seeing a client at your office or at a remote site, you can create new matters, record advice notes, log time entries, create a welcome pack, and send or share documents with your clients on the go.

You can record times and disbursements as they occur; create and follow key dates, and assign or complete tasks as you progress with the matter.

Billing is easy with this app. You can create private, fixed-fee invoices and share them with your clients. Billing a legal aid file is just as easily done as doing it on a desktop.

Lawsyst is secure, and it integrates with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint. This makes it useful when you need to create or edit a document while working remotely. Sharing documents with your clients, courts, or the other sides can be done either by sharing a link or sending them as attachments.

It integrates with Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, tasks, and key dates synchronisation.

For Legal Aid billing in the UK, Lawsyst supports criminal and civil contracts. Police station agents can now open new files, record times for travel, preparation, and attendance based on the applicable rates. Mileage & parking disbursements can be recorded, and a file can be billed as soon as a case is concluded, thus saving time and improving accuracy.

For civil Legal Aid contracts, this app supports contracts related to mental health, immigration, family, and housing.

For private billing, this app supports fixed fee, hourly, and contingency-based fee structures. Creating and sending invoices is easy.
