Barely functions, it is February 8th as I write this and the last update on the beaches was January 29th and that's pathetic given how dangerous the swells can be during winter. You click on the weather tab and nothing at all comes up, hit refresh and you get the "success" but there is nothing. Weather tab doesn't work, ocean report doesn't work, and the beach browsing is terrible since the swell report is awful.
