Error_occurred!! I downloaded the app to check it out and see if I could afford it!! It wouldn't even open!! It would only give me the same "Error_occurred" notification!!

I used the app for the first time yesterday evening and was not impressed. It said estimated time ~4 minutes, but when I booked, it suddenly paused and they said no drivers are available. Then when they did get a driver, it took almost an hour. The app should give more accurate estimates and/or allow pre-booking. At least the person I was going to was flexible, but this won't work for vet appointments or adoption events where it's important to be on time.
