We focus primary on mid brands to Extended Stays. We also purchase old buildings and closed down hotels and renovate them into a new brand Hotel or even into Studio Apartments. What makes our company unique is that we are able to adapt with the times quickly and efficiently with creative ways of turning property to revenue producing assets.Practically our niche is the ability to work directly with many banks, lenders, and local cities and counties to acquire and develop the right revenue generating property.
