2025-01-12	An*****	Ugh. I didn't want to leave a 1 star review, but the freaking pyramid that I paid $300 and waited a year for requires me to reconnect it every time I use it. The same issue everybody's having. Get it together guys and get us a fix.

2024-09-13	Ad*****	Garbage, it disconnected me and I have tried countless things and cannot reconnect. My friend with an iPhone did with ease though.

2024-05-04	Br*****	I hate this app just as much as the next person, but a quick tip for connecting it to Wi-Fi.. hold down the power button on the HyperCube for 10-15 seconds until it flashes and then flashes again. Make sure that you have your location on as well as your connected to the Wi-Fi network. Then add a new cube, even if you have your current one connected or it disconnected and then it will work and connect to Wi-Fi. Trust me it sucks but this is the way to make it work for now

2024-04-19	Ja*****	Literally one of the worst app I've ever used, it's beyond horrible, doesn't work, and like every single other person says, makes it impossible to connect the light to Wi-Fi and use the actual app. Without it you only have a few manual options for color, speed, patterns, and you can't dim it, which is my biggest frustration. Now that the 30 days passed I cannot return the damn thing, and all customer service has said for 8 months is, our developers are updating the app soon we promise, lies.

2024-01-07	Ki*****	Annoyed! App not working except to power on and off. Can't get it to hook up to sound. Only can use power control bank, thankfully that seems to work ok but still haven't hooked up to sound. It's beautiful and I like it but not being able to use all features is annoying because I did pay good money for this....I really think it's a great startup company but they need a better App designer to allow people to use all of the features, otherwise they will fail. SMH!!!!
