2024-12-15	Sh*****	I have been ordering milk from Humpy since 2019, when they didn't even appeared in "Shark Tank". Their milk quality was superb due to which i continued even though it was not a known brand. However in recent times the milk quality has degraded. Some days it tastes like medicine some days milk powder, certain times its good as well. Even after complaining i never received any proper response, rather than a reply which said you are the only customer with this issue, no one complained about this.

2024-12-10	Ne*****	The milk and service is great! Just giving one star for the app. It doesn't allow to add more than 1-2 vacations in a month. I can be out of town multiple times and should be able to set vacation whenever I want. You cannot keep rules like when I can and cannot take vacation. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Every time, I have to contact customer care to get these tasks done. The previous version of the app was far better than the current one. I’ve also noticed that many other users have made similar complaints, yet no action has been taken. Please take this feedback seriously and work on it

They don't do regular delivery and charge you money and even after multiple follow ups They don't refund money and every time keep you asking dates which indicates complete failure of this business that they don't have any management and details about when delivery happened or when it's not delivered.
