Hubfleet is a comprehensive Electronic Work Diary (EWD) designed specifically for heavy vehicle drivers to manage fatigue compliance with NHVR and Western Australia (WA) rules. It supports a wide range of rule sets including Standard Solo, Standard Two-up, BFM Solo, BFM Two-up, Exemption hours, and custom AFM rules, as well as WA Solo and Two-up standards.

Available on both Android and iOS, Hubfleet offers a flexible solution that can be used on driver-owned devices or company-installed units. Drivers can easily create, edit, or delete records during shifts, and authenticate each shift with a secure 4-digit PIN once completed, ensuring accuracy and compliance as per NHVR regulations. Fleet managers and owner drivers can manage driver records in real-time via a web portal, improving productivity, reducing paperwork, and minimizing accidental non-compliance penalties. Optional telematics integration enhances fleet management capabilities further.
