HCDIS is a geo-enabled mobile application for monitoring the Change Detection in Haryana by the Town and Country Planning department.


Registered Users of the Town And Country Planning Department Haryana (TCP Haryana) use the application to mark the legal and illegal change detection in their controlled area range.

An initiative by the Town And Country Planning Department of Haryana to digitally track all the changes on land with geo-reference technology.
