LOGGING SECTION
Logging in this swimming app is easy, fast, and AI-powered. Start by selecting the session time and logging your sleep with a visual dial. Then comes the AI-powered logging screen, the heart of the swimming app experience. Speak or type your training session notes, sets, coach feedback, how you felt, and anything else on your mind. Finzy transcribes, processes, and formats your sets clearly, automatically calculating the total distance and maintaining your swimming log accurately. Confirm your distance, answer a few quick sliders on energy, effort, focus, and more for valuable data insights, then click Log Training. Your session is logged. There is a 3-minute daily voice recording limit and a 5-transcribed training descriptions per day sending limit.

HOME SECTION
This is where all the data from your swim log sessions is stored. The Home section includes five main views: Today, Week, More, Favorites, and Reports. The Today view displays your total distance, swim duration, session count, sleep details, training times, and logged sessions, each clickable for full details or deletion. The Week view provides the same information summarized for the entire week, including averages, an overview of all data, and all logged sessions. The More view presents a yearly distance graph with clickable months that let you drill down into monthly data similar to the Week view. The Favorites view gathers all sessions you’ve marked as favorites from either the Today or Week view, so you can easily keep them in one place and look back on them. Finally, the Reports section allows you to generate AI-powered weekly training reports that summarize your data and provide insights for a selected week, with a limit of two reports per week, resetting every Monday.

THE RACE SPACE
The Race Space helps you stay on top of your racing with three key sections: Meets, PBs, and Race Plans. Add upcoming, past, and favorite meets in advance, with key details like date, location, and a countdown to race day. For each meet, you can log your events, times, and notes; these automatically update your PBs. The PBs section neatly organizes your personal bests by event, showing your fastest time. Click into them to view the full history of every time you swam that event, along with a progress-over-time graph. Finally, the Race Plan section lets you create and store race strategies so you can review how you approached events in the past and prepare better for future races.
