A ideia do app é muito boa. Mas não eh muito funcional. Como sugestão acho que o diagnóstico poderia ser o título junto com a data para podermos procurar pela doença e não precisar abrir cada registro pra saber o que aconteceu na data exposta. Poder anexar fotos também seria um recurso interessante. O registro do e-mail achei bem legal pra conseguirmos recuperar depois caso de algum problema mas não consigo cadastrar, assim como a aba de feedback que não funciona.
