Message keeps popping up in the app that the server is not responding.

I love the purpose of this app but for me it's very difficult to navigate. What is the point of the percentages and points on the profile page- are they tied to the paid memberships? Why don't the self challenges reset weekly or something like that? I go to the app to start a challenge and it still shows I completed it from weeks ago. To keep me involved with the app I think it should be more interactive or there should be more guidance on how to use the app.
