2026-07-07	Ab*****	DISAPPOINTED 😞 😥 I don't know hw the customer care service in the app is, I'm really disappointed in it because I tried to log in and it says I entered the wrong pin so my account is blocked. The most annoying part is that I can't even contact ecobank customer care lines for help. I do send them an email but no feedback. I'm stranded and do t know what to do. The developers of ecobank app should fine a way for the customer to be able to recover his/her blocked account.
