Avoid! I purchased a Milano kitchen hood from them, they said they don't offer installation, after I brought a technician to install it, it didn't work, I contacted the after sales service, they called me back and said I have to uninstall it 1st before they come and check it!!! They litterally said uninstall it but keep it connected to the electricity (which is practically almost impossible) , so we can check it. And this is it, we can't come unless it's uninstalled. Horrible service
