2025-02-02	ka*****	I honestly didn't wish to give this app a star but I can't write the review without that. It's an app known for fake promises and assurance. Few teachers are really rude and don't take much efforts to explain things they criticize more than teaching. There is no refund for missed (by us or by teachers both) sessions or any additional sessions arranged. Overall, the app was disappointing.

2025-01-21	Sa*****	Clapingo is an absolute disappointment. Most teachers are careless—they either skip sessions or just go through the motions without genuine effort. The support team is equally careless, offering no accountability or solutions for issues like canceled sessions or overbooked slots. I subscribed for six months, but this was a complete waste of time and money. The way they treat learners, this platform is doomed to fail. I’ll never use Clapingo again. Avoid it at all costs!

2025-01-06	Sa*****	Worst app, I wasted all my money, all the time slots will be reserved. You won't get any slot for the session. When ever you open this app to book a slot , all slots will be reserved, there is no filters available to find a available slot.

2025-01-04	Pr*****	It's a fraud app don't purchase any course form this application. They don't add back missed sessions back even when it's there mistake and also there are no free sessions available to attend. Also there is vey poor customer service.

2024-12-19	Dr*****	Ive been a clapingo user for almost 1 year. Since the last couple of months, the app is getting clunky with each passing day.. No session notes, no recordings, very difficult to schedule seasions... What happened??? Expecting a response from the backend team.

2024-12-19	Go*****	Worst platform i took 3 month course of 5 sessions per week with 25min per sessinon, some tutors are canceling the sessinons 3 or 4 hours before begining to the class and some are leaving in the middle of session without telling, when I want to book a session no tutor is avilable for coming 10 days also. From last 4 days onwards I have been trying to book the slot but no one is available and showing all reserved , on other hand my sessions are expiring, what will i have to do.

2024-12-13	Ni*****	Pathetic experience, feeling like my money has been wasted, now this has happened multiple times that I have joined the session but due to technical issues meeting didn't took place. Finding the session is also very difficult. And the session also ends without any prior intimation. Multiple sessions where I didn't get the proper feedback!!

How irresponsible of the clapingo team, it is still the same inspite of the previous complaint, no further session booked, I am really conned into paying for the 3 months subscription.

No videos lecture to improve spoken English, no fee refund system, app is not working to open the session notes to read before the session and text message has to send customer support to seek the sessions notes. Not able to book the same tutor so that they may help good to improve students. There are a lot of many app to learn fluent English. Pls save ur Hard-earned money from this worst app.
