Bliv is a Canada-focused rental discovery and connection platform designed to help renters and property listers
find and connect with each other more easily. Bliv allows users to browse rental listings, post available properties
or shared accommodations, and communicate directly with each other through in-app messaging. The platform is
built to simplify the rental search experience by presenting listings in a structured, consistent format, helping
users quickly understand key details such as location, rent, availability, and property features. Key features
include: Browse rental listings across Canada, including shared accommodations Guest mode browsing with
limited access, no account required Create and manage rental listings (for property owners or individuals offering
shared accommodation) Upload property images and listing details Direct in-app messaging between renters and
listers User profiles with basic information and optional profile photos Ability to report or block users Account
deletion with immediate data removal Bliv does not own, manage, inspect, or verify any properties listed on the
platform. Bliv does not act as a broker, agent, or property manager, and does not participate in lease agreements or
financial transactions. All communications, agreements, and payments occur directly between users outside the
platform. Bliv is free to use and does not process rent payments, deposits, or fees. The app is intended as a
