When I initiated a withdrawal, the funds were sent to the old address because I was never informed of any change. What is even more frustrating is that customer support has not provided a clear solution or resolved the issue. 2026-06-21	He*****	I have experienced the worse on this bitnob, I have send them message tirelessly, my mother is in the hospital, I deposited $899 for her surgery since Friday until today no one is doing a thing, they keep saying they are working to resolve the problem but in vain, do you people know not much pain you have course in my life and my family, we are stuck, waiting for our mother's hospital money to be put to my wallet until now

2026-06-16	ma*****	the bitnob service is good but their security is very annoying. anytime I tried to send money using usdt I will be ask to paste code from my Google authenticator before I minimize and get the code to put I will be logged out and if I was fast enough to copy the code paste it and paste my wallet address they will send an otp toy mail again before I go to my mail and copy it bitnob have log me out again. I can't even do a proper transaction because of this annoying security consciousness of bitnob

2026-06-14	Co*****	Worst app ever! funding and using virtual card is a pain. I just funded my card and it said failed that I should try again but my money was not refunded back to my wallet. Now I'm stuck cos how am i supposed to try again when there's no money in my wallet? I've bee waiting for a refund but there's no way to even contact their customer support the app sucks
