2026-07-24	J *****	departure/arrival times are often inaccurate. if the train is on time it's fine, but it's very hit and miss if trains are delayed. For example, a train might be scheduled to arrive at 2:00, but the app says it's delayed 10 minutes, and will arrive at the station at 2:10. But in reality the train has picked up speed and arrives at 2:08. It might not seem like a big deal but if you're walking to the station it can make you miss a train. pretty annoying sometimes.

2026-06-16	Su*****	I use the app only to pay for bart parking. That itself is glitchy. Sometime the pay now button appears and sometimes its just nonexistent. Please stabilize this feature and Ill upgrade my scoring.

2026-05-26	xa*****	There was no option to remove any billing information from the app. I attempted to manage this through my account settings, but there was no option available to do so. I kept getting charged for parking for the past 2 months. REFRAIN FROM THIS APP UNTIL THEY FIX IT.
