Device Requirements: Some features of Avery Telehealth require compatible external Bluetooth-enabled or cellular wellness devices (e.g., weight scales, blood pressure monitors, glucose meters). These devices are not included with the app and must be obtained separately. Without these devices, users can still use video communication and manual entry of health metrics, but automated data syncing is not available.

It is intended solely for informational and communication purposes to support users and their care teams. In some care programs, licensed healthcare providers and clinical professionals may use the app to monitor submitted data and determine whether follow-up is needed. Any clinical engagement or oversight is conducted outside the app and is not generated by the app itself.
