Packages are taking over a month to arrive If it's for a birthday or if it's urgent you better order 3 months ahead

2024-12-23	ta*****	It is time to find another shipping company. I have yet to get my package which was delivered from Dec 5. I have attempted so many times to get some assistance which included going to the office twice and still nothing. I NEED MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES MYCART!!! 2024-12-15	Be*****	Not impressed with the fact that my items have been sitting at the warehouse in Doral for 12 days and then the agent lied to me. I didn't get my item for when it was needed. this after being told that they have 2 to 3 flights per week.
