I absolutely love my Apollo, it's been life changing. The app on the other hand is not great. Every other update makes it so my device will no longer connect to my phone, or take rebooting the device multiple times before it will finally connect. This last update has made it so my device will no longer connect and it's been 3 wks. I've contacted the company multiple times, support does not help as I've already done all of the options. I'm disappointed to say the least. Waiting for a response.

Worked perfectly until the stupid "update"...now I have to remove/reconnect several times to just get it connected! Really frustrating when everyone is saying the same thing...why should I have to contact customer service to get the correct sequence...just put the info on the website! I run my own website & that is literally a two second change to their website! On top of that...this device is SUPPOSE to calm our nerves, not enrage us just to use the damn device...fix the update please!!
