APEX Coaching Academy App

The APEX Coaching Academy app is for clients coached by APEX Coaching Academy. It is where your programme lives and where you and your coach stay in step between sessions.

YOUR TRAINING
Open today's session and work straight through it. Log every set as you go, with reps and weight, and see what you lifted last time so you know what to beat. Exercise demonstrations are built in when you are not sure of a movement.

YOUR NUTRITION
Follow the meal plan your coach wrote for you, with daily calorie and macro targets. Tick a meal once you have eaten it, or log your own food by search or barcode. Your totals update as you go.

YOUR WEEKLY CHECK-IN
Submit weight, measurements, progress photos and how the week actually felt. Your coach reviews it and comes back to you, so the next block is built on real information rather than guesswork.

STAY CONNECTED
Message your coach directly, including voice notes. Share wins with the rest of the group in the community feed.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
Steps, sleep, water and body weight over time, so progress is something you can see rather than something you hope for.

You need an active coaching membership with APEX Coaching Academy to use this app. There is nothing to buy inside the app.
