Apex Artists was founded in 2025 by Frederick B. Rush Jr. and Matthew Broady with a shared vision: to create a platform where artists have the freedom, tools, and opportunities to build successful music careers on their own terms.

As an entrepreneur, technology innovator, and business leader, Frederick B.
